Senior Manager, Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Deliver timely financial reports and analyze results to provide actionable insights
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of FP&A or related financial experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology environment
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and SQL or similar tools preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
