Capital Planning Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Planning & Stress Testing Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the bank's stress testing program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Oversee scenario design and challenge sessions, evaluating capital adequacy and managing forecasted results
• Prepare and submit regulatory stress testing reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in financial risk management, capital planning, or stress testing
• Knowledge of regulatory capital requirements and proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present complex analyses to senior executives
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
