Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Risk and Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the credit policy and strategy, making data-driven improvements
• Monitor loan book performance through dashboards and analysis of default rates
• Evolve the underwriting model by adjusting risk parameters and collaborating with engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in data analysis with advanced SQL skills
• Experience working with large datasets in financial services or credit analysis
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic credit decisions
• Familiarity with building dashboards and tracking key performance indicators
• Experience in small business lending or fintech underwriting is a bonus
