Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence in accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results
• Oversee accounting operations including banking, cash management, accounts payable, and payroll review
• Design, implement, and maintain a strong internal control framework to safeguard financial assets

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading full-set accounting activities, including financial statement preparation and audit management
• Expertise in non-profit accounting principles (GAAP), including fund accounting and revenue recognition
• Experience in a high-growth/startup environment with hands-on building and fixing of systems and processes
• Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
