Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Desk Manager, responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies and managing associated risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize company profits
• Lead and mentor Pricing Desk Analysts, overseeing team performance and development
• Manage daily pricing processes, including rate sheet generation and distribution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets
• 4+ years of experience in Pricing and the Mortgage Industry
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with pricing derivation software
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
