FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to shape financial planning and drive strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and provide insights on resource allocation and growth opportunities
• Develop frameworks for pricing, customer segmentation, and sales compensation
• Prepare data-backed presentations and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, or FP&A at a high-growth startup (SaaS preferred)
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; SQL proficiency is a plus
• Highly analytical with the ability to connect strategy with data
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
