FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead planning cycles and manage the FP&A system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes
• Serve as administrator of the FP&A system and optimize forecasting models and reporting structures
• Act as a finance business partner to the software engineering organization, providing insights on engineering spend

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A
• Strong understanding of software capitalization GAAP accounting rules
• Experience using and managing a modern FP&A tool
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
