Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Relations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive intelligence and quarterly financial analysis to inform executive management
• Prepare and assist in Board of Director reporting and maintain IR communications materials
• Facilitate financial analyst meetings and conduct industry research to provide insights to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, finance, accounting, investor relations, or a related field; or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
