Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Income Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and calculate income for self-employed borrowers and variable income sources
• Review and analyze financial documents such as P&L and balance sheets
• Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and maintain timely completion of income analysis

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA income guidelines
• Knowledge of self-employment and rental income calculations
• General understanding of agency guidelines for fluctuating and variable income
• Able to make informed decisions regarding income analysis
