Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and calculate income for self-employed borrowers and variable income sources
- Review and analyze financial documents such as P&L and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with agency guidelines and maintain timely completion of income analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA income guidelines
- Knowledge of self-employment and rental income calculations
- General understanding of agency guidelines for fluctuating and variable income
- Able to make informed decisions regarding income analysis
