Key Responsibilities
- Support the billing team with invoice preparation, cost transfers, and audit requests
- Maintain accurate records and perform data reconciliations in the financial system
- Prepare and submit invoices for multiple clients while ensuring compliance with client requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; or Associate Degree
- 1-3 years of billing experience in a professional services industry
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
- Familiarity with invoicing and cost monitoring related to professional services
