Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Financial Analyst - Sourcing & Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and reporting for Direct Sourced Goods, managing vendor-level reporting and financial analysis
• Partner with Inventory Planning and Sourcing teams to monitor and forecast inventory flow and aged inventory management
• Act as a financial business partner across various departments, creating reporting tools and driving process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with exposure to sourcing, inventory, or supply chain finance
• Strong understanding of retail inventory flow and reserve accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and forecasting systems (Anaplan, Oracle, SAP)
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
