A company is looking for a Finance & Accounting Lead to manage financial operations and support growth in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, financial statement preparation, and compliance with GAAP
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budget performance analysis
• Partner with senior leadership and manage junior staff to align financial goals with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting leadership within a startup or high-growth environment
• Expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and financial operations
• Experience building accounting functions from strategy through execution
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with financial tools such as Bill.com, Rippling, and Carta
