Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for implementing technology solutions in finance
• Manage the implementation of enterprise processes in collaboration with various teams
• Provide consultative implementation experiences for complex financial data and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of financial and accounting experience, with 3+ years in the building materials distribution industry preferred
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology for financial optimization
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
