FP and A Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an FP&A Senior Manager to serve as a client-facing fractional advisor for high-growth, venture-backed startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary financial advisor to a portfolio of startup clients
• Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across revenue, expenses, and cash flow
• Lead the creation and delivery of Board-ready reporting packages, investor updates, and strategic analysis

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar client-facing role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or Master's a plus)
• Proven experience supporting VC-backed startups in Finance or FP&A capacity
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and planning tools is a plus
