Strategic Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a long-range plan (LRP) model
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast the company's balance sheet and cash flow
• Assist in treasury management and evaluate potential M&A opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, or 5+ years in an analytical role at a high-growth startup
• Passion for mental healthcare and expanding access to it
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and valuation methodologies
• Experience in healthcare or marketplace sectors is a plus
