Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Enhance financial reporting and support strategic planning and investment analyses
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high-quality financial analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
• MBA preferred
• Proficiency in FP&A activities, including budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with financial system implementation and maintenance
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial controls, particularly in non-profit organizations
