Senior Assistant Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Assistant Actuary, Structured Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports development of new deal/entity models for proposed and new transactions
• Completes quarterly reporting for Structured Finance transactions and serves as a substitute for RGA systems used in quarterly reporting as needed
• Supports statutory reporting requirements for Structured Finance captive entities and companies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, or related field
• 4+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance/reinsurance
• ASA accreditation and 1+ FSA Exams; MAAA accreditation preferred
• Advanced PC and technical skills, including database applications and data analytics
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, Statutory, and Tax valuation and financial reporting preferred
