Senior Credit & Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist who will manage and resolve complex customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage complex and high-value delinquent accounts
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve account issues and provide regular updates to leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
• Experience in corporate credit and collections
• Strong understanding of finance principles and practices
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to multitask across various systems while meeting deadlines
