Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial planning across various functional areas, partnering with department leaders
• Conduct in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to the executive team
• Enhance Business Intelligence tools and develop KPIs for real-time performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in corporate/operational finance, FP&A, or strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a graduate or advanced degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience working with senior-level executive leadership
• 6+ years of previous people management experience
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and ability to work cross-functionally
