Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with brand revenue leadership to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage the analysis and execution of sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate calculations and statements
• Design and implement automated systems to enhance forecasting and business analysis processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive financial, accounting, or analytical experience
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial systems and BI tools is a plus
• Experience with AI-enabled tools for financial modeling is a strong plus
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements across finance functions
