Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support its Ops organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate forecasts and budgets, providing detailed financial reporting and spend tracking
• Partner across functions to drive standardized reporting and data consistency
• Provide financial analysis on monthly and quarterly performance and support strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 5-7 years of finance experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-demand, performance-driven environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to gain credibility with team members and management
• Comfortable making presentations and communicating openly
