Commercial Loan Review Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Review Officer to conduct independent reviews and evaluations of credit risk for assigned borrowers and loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete reviews of assigned borrowers/loans within established timeframes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Develop an understanding of relevant policies and procedures, participating in discussions and training to enhance credit expertise
• Assist management with sample scoping, scheduling, reporting, and training of new personnel as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required)
• 3 or more years of experience in commercial lending, credit, or loan review (Required)
• 0 to 6 months of formal credit training from a bank program or certified credit training program (Preferred)
