Senior Actuary, Life Insurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuary, Life Projections & Inforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of current UL projection processes and collaborate on building a new framework with AXIS projection model
• Manage inforce management objectives, including the annual inforce review and non-guaranteed elements assessment
• Support financial reporting processes and lead inforce analytic initiatives, including source of earnings analysis development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• FSA or ASA designation with 7+ years of relevant experience in the actuarial or insurance industry
• 5+ years of life insurance experience
• Knowledge of GAAP, Statutory, and Tax financial reporting requirements
• Experience with actuarial modeling software (AXIS or ALFA) preferred
