Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Principal of Strategic Finance & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize headcount capacity and resource planning in collaboration with Capacity Planning and Business Operations
• Manage headcount approvals and surface opportunities or risks with Talent and Recruiting teams
• Produce reporting packages and conduct quantitative analysis to support financial decision-making and new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with financial forecasting systems preferred
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
