FP&A Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Director to lead financial planning and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee annual operating budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning aligned with corporate objectives
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment analysis
• Lead the Business Intelligence team in creating automated dashboards and ensuring data governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience, with significant FP&A exposure
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams in FP&A and Business Intelligence
• Experience in the Agriculture and/or online marketplace industry
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
