Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Corporate Finance to lead financial strategy and operations in a rapidly growing healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance functions including financial planning & analysis, capital allocation, and cash flow management
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with external partners

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, or related roles
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and valuation frameworks
• Experience preparing investor updates and board materials
• Strong command of accounting principles and reporting standards
• Experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, or healthcare preferred
