A company is looking for a Remote Funding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve executed loan documentation for accuracy and capital partner acceptance
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address errors or missing documentation
- Issue funding to title companies or closing attorneys after loan closure
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in mortgage documentation, funding, post-closing, or escrow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with a service-oriented attitude
- Internal applicants must have 6 months of relevant work experience without disciplinary actions
