A company is looking for a Remote Funding Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve executed loan documentation for accuracy and capital partner acceptance
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address errors or missing documentation
  • Issue funding to title companies or closing attorneys after loan closure
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in mortgage documentation, funding, post-closing, or escrow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with a service-oriented attitude
  • Internal applicants must have 6 months of relevant work experience without disciplinary actions
