Lead Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight and mentorship to the RCM team, primarily offshore
• Handle escalated calls from patients or insurance companies and resolve billing disputes
• Identify trends in insurance billing and develop process improvements for the RCM department

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Three (3) years of related work experience in healthcare administration, finance, or insurance required
• Two (2) years of specific experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred
• Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies
