Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination process for incoming M&A deals post-LOI, including diligence coordination and communication with legal and finance teams
• Develop and implement onboarding strategies for new M&A deals to ensure smooth transitions
• Serve as the primary contact for pending M&A closings and regularly report on deal progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably within the insurance industry
• Data-driven approach with strong skills in reporting and tracking
• Proven ability to work effectively with executives and diverse teams
• High energy, solution-oriented, and capable of taking initiative
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset focused on relationships and results
