A company is looking for an Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination process for incoming M&A deals post-LOI, including diligence coordination and communication with legal and finance teams
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies for new M&A deals to ensure smooth transitions
- Serve as the primary contact for pending M&A closings and regularly report on deal progress
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, preferably within the insurance industry
- Data-driven approach with strong skills in reporting and tracking
- Proven ability to work effectively with executives and diverse teams
- High energy, solution-oriented, and capable of taking initiative
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset focused on relationships and results
