CFO for Construction and Manufacturing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CFO to provide executive-level financial leadership and operational expertise in the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of clients' executive management teams and develop strategic financial plans
• Create financial models and analyze business performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Oversee project costing systems and lead month-end closing meetings to present financials

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in construction and/or manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven success in executive-level financial advisory roles
• Experience managing multiple client relationships is preferred
• Strong technical accounting and finance expertise, including job costing and inventory management
