Manager of Long-Range Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Consolidation & Long-Range Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate performance and support key decisions
• Partner with functional and senior leadership to translate business drivers into actionable financial insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or FP&A at a high-growth company
• Expert-level financial modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting capabilities
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Anaplan, SAP, Hyperion, or similar planning tools
• Track record of working with senior leadership and communicating financial insights clearly and confidently
