Job Summary
A company is looking for a Stock Administration Manager to oversee its equity programs and support the stock administration function as it grows globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the company's equity programs for employees globally and provide customer service to stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external service providers to enhance and automate stock administration processes
- Prepare reports and maintain equity data, ensuring compliance with auditing and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in global equity program administration, finance, or technical accounting
- Bachelor's degree required; Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 preferred
- Proven knowledge of global equity programs and experience with high transaction volumes
- Direct experience with equity management platforms such as Carta, Morgan Stanley EEO, or Charles Schwab Equiview
- Familiarity with accounting tools like Workday and ADP
