Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Manager to lead its FinOps team overseeing day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction workflows including wires, checks, and investment-related payments
• Perform reconciliations and support month-end close by preparing reports
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Series 99 certification
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or treasury management
• Prior experience in a fintech company or financial services organization
• Demonstrated experience managing transaction processing and reconciliations
