Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Degree in Finance
• 7+ years of experience in a senior executive finance role, preferably in high-tech or regulated industries
• Experience in a public company environment preferred
• Proven success in raising capital through various funding avenues
• High proficiency with financial software and data analysis tools
