Job Summary
A company is looking for a Property Portfolio Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting for multiple properties within a growing hospitality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports for approximately 30 properties, including monthly, annual, and ad hoc statements
- Manage the general ledger for the assigned region and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Perform variance analysis and support business decisions across finance, operations, and asset management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality, real estate, or a related industry
- 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting and cash flow forecasting
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
