Property Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Portfolio Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and accounting for multiple properties within a growing hospitality portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial reports for approximately 30 properties, including monthly, annual, and ad hoc statements
• Manage the general ledger for the assigned region and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Perform variance analysis and support business decisions across finance, operations, and asset management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of property-level accounting experience in hospitality, real estate, or a related industry
• 1+ year of experience managing or mentoring team members
• Strong proficiency in property-level hospitality accounting and cash flow forecasting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
