Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide insights and guidance on financial performance and planning
• Help track and report on grants and related financial activity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles
• Experience working in nonprofit or professional services environments preferred
• Familiarity with budgeting tools or ERP systems (Workday a plus)
• Grant reporting experience is a bonus
