Senior Finance Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to support Workday Financials and manage system integrity within the Finance Controllership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Financials modules and manage configuration updates
• Create custom reports and support Workday release cycles and new feature adoption
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance/accounting and/or systems support
• At least 1 year of experience with Workday Financials modules
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and strong Excel capabilities
