CPA Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Director to lead its finance team and drive financial strategy in an AI-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting
• Manage complex revenue recognition for multiple streams including enterprise consulting, SaaS subscriptions, and AI licensing
• Prepare executive-level financial statements, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role
• Direct experience with project-based revenue recognition and consulting business models
• Proven track record managing subscription-based revenue streams and related metrics
• Strong technical accounting skills with experience in complex revenue recognition (ASC 606)
