Participations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Participations to oversee financial operations within the music industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, review, reconciliation, and distribution of participation and profit share statements
• Oversee team workflow and ensure delivery meets service levels and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners while managing SOX compliance and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required, preferably in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of professional experience in a related capacity
• Strong background in financial analysis and financial statement preparation
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, particularly with large data sets
• Experience supervising and developing staff
