Senior Manager, ERP Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Consolidation and ERP Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for all entities, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including integrations and data migrations between Oracle Fusion and NetSuite
• Train and mentor global finance teams on ERP systems and consolidation processes while implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or systems with a focus on global consolidations
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and NetSuite, including ERP implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or healthcare companies is strongly preferred
