Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager who will oversee the revenue cycle and lead a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RCM specialists for efficient claims processing and patient collections
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and reduce denial rates
• Coordinate with internal and third-party partners to enhance workflow processes and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of medical billing, coding, and claims processing workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLookup and pivot tables
