Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Financial Reporting team processes, including monthly internal reporting and quarterly external financial reporting
• Stay updated on SEC rulemaking and assess its impact on financial statement presentation
• Provide training and mentorship to financial reporting accountants and support audit programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
• 6 to 8 years of public company accounting experience
• Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and resolving potential issues
• Ability to work well in a team and foster inter-departmental cooperation
