Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen and scale its financial foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and reporting cycles while ensuring GAAP compliance
• Partner with the executive team on financial strategy and annual budgeting
• Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights for business leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience in a high-growth start-up environment
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and proven ownership of the monthly close; CPA a plus
• Experience with FP&A responsibilities, including financial modeling and business reviews
• Fluency with modern finance and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action and learning
