Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to assist the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and train financial analysts while collaborating with the Director of FP&A on financial planning and analysis
• Analyze income statement fluctuations and prepare budgets and forecasts across supported Profit Centers
• Develop strong relationships with Profit Center Leaders and provide standard and ad hoc analysis to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an analyst role
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred but not required
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in delivering measurable financial results focused on organic growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI preferred but not required
