Key Responsibilities

• Drive transparency and insights through actionable sales reporting and business intelligence
• Ensure accuracy of policies, rates, and commission statements by analyzing data from multiple systems
• Design and implement innovative solutions to optimize commission operations and streamline dashboards for sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of operations or analytical experience, including project management and business analysis
• Knowledge of software, financial services, insurance, insurtech, or startup industries preferred
• Proficiency in data modeling using Excel and skills in SQL or other data query tools
• Understanding of continuous improvement concepts, including Six Sigma and Lean
