Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP, Finance and COO/CFO to define and execute the finance department strategy
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial reporting packages and manage the monthly forecasting process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental and organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a tech platform or SaaS company
• 2-4 years in a supervisory or lead position related to financial strategy
• Experience with capital markets and financial statement preparation
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA, CPA, or master's degrees preferred
• Proficiency in relevant ERP and Financial Planning systems
