Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the onboarding process for new retirement plan clients, ensuring accurate setup documentation and data transfers
- Manage offboarding of terminated plans and coordinate with custodians and plan sponsors for seamless transitions
- Oversee processing of investment change requests and ensure compliance and timely communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, implementation, or operations preferably in a TPA environment
- Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified plan types
- Proficient in retirement plan recordkeeping platforms and CRM/project management tools
