Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer III to prepare and submit loan closing packages and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify loan closing packages for various loan types, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
• Review and confirm closing documents, communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure timely loan closings
• Archive loan files and obtain necessary documentation for post-closing requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses or technical training in Business, Finance/Accounting, or Legal preferred
• Five or more years of experience closing various loan types, with at least three years in FHA, VA, and USDA loans
• Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
