Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Director of Post-Award Finance (Hybrid/Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist faculty and administrators in managing sponsored awards, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
  • Provide post-award transactional support, including commitment management and financial compliance obligations
  • Collaborate with teams on grant lifecycle management and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, or ten years of experience in grants and contracts administration
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal laws and regulations regarding grant and contract administration
  • Experience with web-based and other computer-assisted systems and procedures
  • Preferred experience in higher education grant and contract post-award administration
  • In-depth knowledge of OMB Circular A-21 & A-110 (Uniform Guidance)
