Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop FP&A acumen with leaders through hands-on decision support and coaching
• Build partnerships with executives to identify financial needs and provide targeted FP&A support
• Equip leaders with tools, reporting, and dashboards for evidence-based decision making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience, ideally in a mid-to-large company
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Understanding of revenue drivers, sales optimization, and margin management
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced proficiency in digital technologies and financial coaching
